A large IT provider is looking to recruit an IT services technician to be based in either its Jersey or Guernsey offices.
The ideal applicant required will be a self-motivated individual who is able to work under their own initiative and with the minimum of supervision providing 3rd and 2nd line support to an ever increasing customer base. Be confident in the use of IT and have sound communication skills, as well as being able to demonstrate the highest levels of client service.
To be eligible for this role you must have a good working knowledge of PC and Fileserver Hardware, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Backup Software, Printers, Network switches, UTP Patch Panels and Cable systems. Ability to communicate effectively with external parties and staff at all levels. Excellent working conditions and a competitive salary is on offer.
