On behalf of a commercial company in Jersey we are looking for a customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide frontline technical support to business clients across enterprise IT and connectivity services.
This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing service requests, supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms, and coordinating service delivery to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will take ownership of issues from first contact through to resolution, aiming to deliver first-time fixes wherever possible.
The position offers exposure to networking fundamentals, cloud services, enterprise applications, and change management processes within a professional, customer-facing environment.
