Our client is a well-established IT security service provider is expanding its team in Jersey and is in search of Network Security Technician. The technician will be responsible for supporting and administering from within the company's Managed Security client base.
You will be expected to support company products and services by responding to inbound or placing outbound customer calls, along with assisting with new business opportunities and changing client upgrade requirements. The ability to be able to manage and keep up-to-date client procedure documents in relation to relevant security related technologies is considered to be a key criteria requirement of this role.
This is a very varied and interesting role where you will be expected to possess strong networking skills, a talent for problem solving and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to a varied audience. Suitable applicants will also be expected to have some previous experience in customer service/helpdesk service role. It is also considered essential to possess and evidence excellent communication, reporting and time management skills in terms of meeting the stringent deadline timeframes associated with this position.
