The professional services engineer will be repsonsible for supporting and implementing solutions based around communication and collaboration systems, and workplace services including desktop solutions, collaboration technologies, voice solutions and enablement of secure remote working environments.
In this role, you will work with a team of customer-focused professionals who are committed to defining technical strategy, architecting, designing and delivering end-to-end digital transformation. You'll demonstrate strong technical competence and business acumen through engaging in technology decision-making discussions related to agility and business value surrounding enterprsie workplace solutions. You'll empower other team members by sharing subject matter expertise in enterprise implementations.
The role will support the businesses drive to lead digital transformation within customer organisations. The Modern Workplace Engineer will join an energised outcome and technology team focused on the Enterprise end user technology and modern workplace strategy. You will be implementing and supporting customers in their Modern Workplace journey. You will help improve customer employee mobility, efficiency, teamwork and security demonstrating your experience in Windows 10, Office 365 and ideally Microsoft's Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S), along with the other services and solutions that the business deliver.
