A leading private client and trust services firm in Guernsey is looking to hire a business improvements officer to support business change and operational improvement across the group.
This permanent full time role focuses on data processes, technology-enabled transformation, AI and automation considerations, and support of IT and change projects. You will work closely with project leads and client-facing teams to improve data quality, streamline processes, and help embed new systems and ways of working.
