Our client are seeking a Junior Information Management and Data Protection administrator for a Permanent Contract in the Jersey office. This role reports directly to the Business process architect/IM Manager.
The team is a part of the Operations Division, which is made up of our main support functions. The
Division is segregated into departments; Finance, HR, ICT, Central Operations & Project
Management.
In this role you will assist the Data Protection Officer and Business process architect/IM Manager with the management of our data protection risks and other compliance risks. Assist with planning and implementing internal training for each quarter. Assist with subject access requests when required and also with the management of data breaches. Manage the data protection and other Information Management risks, reduce the risk of multiple systems, processes and policies, ensure the efficient use of processes and systems in the commission.
