Act as the "go-to" for all building facilities queries, liaising the Head of Finance to resolve any issues.
Support the Receptionist with the day-to-day running of reception, office and postal duties, and assist with general administrative tasks within the business.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Archiving, Driving the company vehicle to retrieve files from the archive unit. Monitoring, destroying and reviewing files and logging actions in Excel. Arranging the destruction of files which have reached their destruction date in line with the company retention policy and arrange shredding bin removals facilities. Organising work stations for new joiners and assisting in arranging office moves. Acting as the first point of contact for all maintenance queries within the office and supervising
building contractors when carrying out works. Liaising with external contractors in relation to office and archive unit works, including arranging quotations and regular maintenance such as the lifts, air-conditioning units, security alarms, etc.
