Our client is a rapidly growing specialist IT re-seller and technical services service provider, with a Guernsey based headquarters. They are also expanding into other jurisdictions. On their behalf we are seeking an enterprise content management consultant for it's growing team in Guernsey. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a transformation team who specialise in improving processes and efficiency within a business using automation, document and content management, work-flow and scanning.
In this position you will be responsible for keeping accurate records and will need good time management skills and have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, conscientious and will pay great attention to detail.
A desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced industry is essential, as is the willingness to be client facing and an ambassador for the business. Working with clients office will be required so a good communication skills will be essential
Ideally 5+ years' experience in a digital transformation role would be advantageous, good knowledge of SQL, database management and some programming skills would be beneficial. Particular experience in M- Files intelligent platform or, if not, intelligent management content solutions such as eDOCS, iManage, Invu, Laserfiche, SharePoint, etc. Previous experience with RPA and Document Management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget would be an advantage.
