The responsibility of the eFront Training Manager will be to actively participate to the deployment and adoption of the eFront platform across all of our clients offices. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Platform Delivery Team leader.
Your responsibilities will be to act as a key person in the definition of our eFront training strategy, Design and maintain training material (online courses, videos, user guides), Provide online and/or classroom training sessions to our growing eFront user base, Ensure users adoption of our projects by monitoring the user's acceptance, Monitor the day to day usage of our eFront application and take appropriate actions, Propose and deploy adoption and change management strategies to increase the utilisation of the platform, Work closely with the Platform Delivery Team leader and escalate any issues or concerns.
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics or IT, fluent in English, You are detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive, You have 5+ years of relevant experience in the fields of alternative investment fund administration, audit firms or domiciliation, You are experienced with the eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution, Experience with accounting systems in a similar role will be an advantage.
