We are looking for a results focused, detail oriented professional who is driven by and dedicated to providing an exceptional standard of service the clients.
You will be responsible for the management and workflow of the Electronic Data Transfer/Exchanges with customers in line with set processes, procedures and service level agreements.
This role will suit individuals who have a strong preference towards data and trend analysis, problem solving and solution generation along with an excellent level of business risk awareness. Our client welcome individuals who enjoy working collaboratively in both a team and project based environment. With support of in-house training, you will be expected to develop strong IP skills and technical expertise as well a good level of understanding of software and data mapping. A small proportion of this role requires data administration so a vigilant and keen eye for detail is important. The role will involve working closely across a range of teams globally.
You will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of Intellectual Property and technical expertise specific to role, Ensuring that all data batches are delivered on-time in accordance with set processes, procedures and quality expectancies, Perform data analysis against both case and batch data to offer customers improved levels of service , Take ownership for understanding and delivering on customer specific requirements. Investigate and research highlighted cases of concern, taking appropriate action to protect customers IP.
