Our client is a well-funded stealth mode fintech start-up with an ambitious vision to transform how consumers interact with complex products and services. They are looking for a Customer Success manager, to help build their base of clients. This role will require someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, possessing both sales, technical and support qualities. The candidate will be expected to lead every aspect of their customer relationship: demos, on-boarding, training, technical support and regular check-ins.
The successful candidate will have to be technical enough to be hands-on, and to be able to set-up or solve tier-1 problems for their customers. You will act as the customer's liaison internally, working with engineering and product to make sure their needs are met.
You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience (relationship manager / customer success / pre-sales / customer support / account executive). Private banking or family office experience would be a major plus. You have a proven track record of success in customer facing roles and a passion for technology.This role can be remote but a preference would be for someone in Austin.
