The Business Analyst will report to the Online Service Centre Product Manager. The role involves business analysis, specification and support work on in-house digital systems.
This will focus in particular on our client's Online Service Centre, but will also include some involvement in other application areas.
The role is based within an agile multi-skilled team, whose members are required to be energetic, creative and delivery focused, able to collaborate well to maximise overall team effectiveness.
The work requires liaison with business users and team members over application software requirements.

and are encouraged to take responsibility. Prioritisation and decision-making are important
You will need at least 3 years' experience of a product owner or business analyst role in a professional environment, be familiar with agile/kanban project management methodologies, have an understanding of financial systems, specifically insurance/investment. You will need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have a willingness to work in a flexible and dynamic team environment, as well as having good problem solving skills.
