Looking to gain experience in working for a large telecommunications company across the Channel Islands.
The Academy is a two-year programme which provides Academy members the opportunity to gain experience in both technical and commercial environments, as well as an understanding of the Company as a whole, before they decide which area of the business they would like to move into. The successful candidate will spend time within a customer support role in Retail, Service Operations, Cloud Engineering and Professional Services Engineering.
The Academy is open to anyone from the age of 17, who has a full driving licence, including school leavers or those wishing to start a new career. Entry requirements are 5 GCSE passes at grade C or above (including English, Maths and a Science subject) and good passes at an advanced level qualification such as GCE A Level, BTEC or NVQ (IT based is desirable but not essential). Applicants must also have good communication skills with the willingness and ability to provide excellent customer service.
