As a member of the Transformation and Change Team, you will be responsible for the management and successful delivery of a number of projects across a broad and varied client portfolio, and supporting junior members of the team.
You will have the opportunity to gain experience working with a diverse range of clients across the Channel Islands, supplying high quality consultancy and involvement in the future business
development of the business.
Key Responsibilities will be to develop a solid understanding of the clients which includes detailed knowledge of their business and the culture of the organisation. Carry out independent research, data collection and analysis to understand the needs of the client, documenting research and creating recommendations. Manage and successfully deliver a number of projects across a broad and varied client portfolio, in line with the businesses procedures. Build strong trusted relationships with the clients and internal teams, ensuring stakeholders are kept engaged and informed of delivery progress.
Adopt an active role in business development activities, networking and building external relationships to raise the companies profile and attract new business from clients.
