An international law firm providing legal services for the corporate and financial sector, principally in the areas of banking and finance, corporate, investment funds, dispute resolution, private equity and private wealth is looking to hire a technology learning and change manager. This role is responsible for enabling their people to fully utilise new, existing and changing tech in the most effective way for individual roles. A key managerial position within the Global Change Team the role has the responsibility of motivating, coaching and developing a team of technology learning advisors. Responsibilities include, line management and personal development support. Inspiring and educating staff at all levels and competencies around technology investments. Scaling up the technology learning provision, building and developing the network of technology product owners. Chairing learning forums to collaborate with key business stakeholders and work together to influence positive change in a collegiate way. Ownership and development of the tech learning brand. To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience gained in a similar role in developing learning programmes. Ideally involving business change and/or tech learning. A strong inquisitive, analytical and organised mind with experience in positively influencing and coaching team members and direct reports. Have a strong understanding of change methodologies and linked change management qualifications, technical competencies and curious about tech. Degree level, Change management and technology skills.
