A leading legal firm, is seeking a Technology, Learning and Change Manager to manage significant technology investment made by them, through enabling people to fully utilise new, existing and changing tech in an effective way for their individual roles.
This is a key managerial position within our client's Global Change Team. The role is reporting to the Head of Programmes and Change and has the responsibility of motivating, coaching and developing a team of technology learning advisers. This job is critical in the people change programme, integrating and collaborating with the broader change team and business stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have strong inquisitive, analytical and organisational skills, with experience of positively influencing and coaching team members and direct reports. Understanding of change methodologies and experience of developing learning programmes that reflect the principals of different learning styles and needs is key requirements.
