In this role you would be working within the Technology Services team supporting Jersey, working with both local and remote development and infrastructure staff, as well as 3rd party support vendors. The business contribute significantly to supporting a full spectrum of Wealth Management business applications on different technologies, including the core banking system, with many systems hosted and managed within the Jersey location. The Clients focus is to ensure the operational stability and availability of systems, supporting regular release management processes and proactively managing any day-to-day incidents and problems within agreed SLA's.
We're looking for an IT support analyst to serve as an IT Support Analyst for the Application Support team working with Development, Infrastructure staff as well as 3rd party support vendors, support and resolve both technical and data related issues for a variety of financial business applications, across several technical domains, ensure supportability and quality are maintained with the introduction of production changes, enhance end user/client relationships and provide support and options for their Technical needs.
