To assist management in ensuring that stock is displayed for purchase and that customers know what products and services are on offer;
To demonstrate great product knowledge, sharing skill sheet with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities act as Duty Manager in Managers absence, Ensure staff are supervised throughout the day, Open and close the store, when necessary, Provide courteous and efficient service to the customer, Handle customer refunds/ queries and complaints efficiently, CRT's (which is submitting proof of educational discount to Apple), when needed, Be responsible for the opening and closing of the store, ensuring that tills are accurately cashed up and appropriate documentation is completed in line with company procedures, Calculate staffing cover ensuring appropriate levels of till cover are maintained.
Skills and knowledge required: previous experience in a customer facing role, Previous experience of managing a team, Great knowledge of Products, Experience of working in a commercial environment preferable, Brand Awareness, Great Customer Service.
