Our client is currently recruiting a Systems Analyst in beautiful Jersey, The purpose of this role is to work alongside colleagues in the Client Applications Team to give their clients, and their colleagues, the best possible experience of the clients servicing applications suite. The candidate will strive to deliver a service offering that differentiates the organisation from competitors, involving a range of tasks from providing general user support, creating requirement documents alongside members of the client-facing teams, configuring new system functionality, writing reports, supporting integration and automation, documentation, preparation of training materials, testing of items developed by other members of the team, department or vendors, deployments of changes and designing processes to improve operational efficiency's.
As a business analyst, you will closely collaborate with the client-facing team to gather specific requirements, improve the core and configuration of financial reporting systems, and satisfy client needs. Responsibilities will involve verifying timelines and expectations, and ensuring that they are attainable and accurately managed. Additionally, you will support client engagements throughout the project life cycle, participate in formal meetings, provide updates through project documents, and update teams on the progress of individual tasks. You will also handle second-level support queries n your role will involve interpreting complex or ambiguous requirements and designing solutions for system configuration and reporting, as well as providing user support for rectifying data input errors. Good communication skills are essential.
