The IT Service Management team of a reputable and successful IT and telecoms company, is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to support and help with managing business service processes and procedures.. In addition to maintaining, upgrading, implementing, and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure, the role entails providing support for pertinent applications and office hardware. Handling incoming requests to the Service Desk for all office hardware, including printers, photocopiers, fax machines, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. Standard application support calls will be expected of you, along with the ability to escalate problems as necessary. The role also requires delivering IT assistance and guidance over the phone, email, and in-person. Be the initial point of contact for any support calls pertaining to training.
