Our client, a provider of corporate and fiduciary services is seeking an IT Support desk analyst to join its expanding Guernsey team; to administer the day to day provision of support to customers for a variety of tasks and queries.
The successful candidate will answer and respond to inbound calls to the service desk, whether that be by telephone, ITSM service platform or walk ups. You will be required to escalate incidents and progress to completion all queries raised.
Ideally someone who already has 1-2 years' experience in providing business IT support with Microsoft, Citrix, ITSM ticketing platforms and IP telephony understanding would be desirable, someone who could hit the ground running. However, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn and show commitment would also be considered.
It is a prerequisite that applicants will have strong communication skills and understand what constitutes good customer service and be committed to providing this as well as being a team worker. It will be important for applicants to have a finger on the pulse of an ever-moving IT landscape and be mindful of all cyber security threats.
