Our client, a leading fiduciary services provider is seeking to recruit a senior service desk analyst to be based in Jersey. The main purpose of the role is to contribute to the smooth running of the IT Service Desk Support Team by providing first and second line service support across all jurisdictions, whilst adhering to the group's IT procedures and standards.
Other responsibilities will be to support all office hardware including printers, photocopiers, faxes, PCs, terminals and mobile devices. Support all standard applications including calls and escalate as appropriate where a resolution cannot be provided. Train, coach and mentor service desk technicians and junior staff.
Suitable applicants must be ITIL Foundation certified along with being able to evidence knowledge and understanding of PC networking, Microsoft 2010 based applications and operating systems and thin client technology. Candidates who are working towards A+ or MCITP qualifications or similar relevant qualifications will also be looked upon favourably. You will also possess a strong customer service focus with a desire to deliver high quality expertise with experience of working within a fast-paced team environment.
