One of the largest providers of fund, corporate and private client services in the market are seeking to appoint a Fund Onboarding & Business Solutions Technician.

In this role you will be actively involved in the design and implementation of technology driven solutions, maximising the use of the eFront, in the onboarding process for both new and existing clients, including the launch of new funds and the conversion of complex, established funds from other administrators.

The successful will coordinate the business units Fund Onboarding & Solutions Team to ensure that all technical deliverables are properly mapped out and implemented in the system by the agreed deadlines, maximising the client experience.

This is a pivotal role in the Fund Onboarding & Solutions Team, who are responsible for the on-boarding of new clients from all fund services locations. Their role is to build a solid foundation for the administration and accounting teams that will assume responsibility upon handover which is likely to be the second billing period or production of the second NAV.

This position requires a strong skill set covering system analysis, data analysis, report writing, planning and business intelligence as well as operational and risk knowledge.

You will need experience of fund administration systems. Knowledge and experience of FrontScript and/or SQL or other similar report writing experience is essential. Knowledge of funds services businesses with a proven track record of report writing, migrations and integrations in a funds services business. You must be quick and effective with the self-motivation to tackle tasks independently wherever possible, alongside excellent people skills to include a high level of integrity, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to support the future growth and success of the Group.
