A leading telecommunications provider in the Channel Islands, is looking for a network engineer to be based in the island of Alderney which is in the Bailiwick of Guernsey. Reporting into the Head of Fixed Networks, you will be responsible for installing, testing and resolving faults for residential and business service clients. The role will also include providing assistance with Wifi solutions, together with associated wiring systems, telephones, and terminal equipment.
To be eligible for this role you will need to have good customer service abilities and be a highly motivated individual, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Appreciation of the telecoms industry and dealing with customers is desirable.
Our client can provide a work permit for applicants who do not have Guernsey residential qualifications.
