On behalf of our client, a well established IT Consultancy who are looking for a self-motivated individual who is able to work under their own initiative and with the minimum of supervision providing 1st and 2nd line support to be based in Jersey. Responsibilities will include dealing with all sorts of networking issues and acting as an IT Network administrator for lots of clients. Dealing with lots of client systems and technologies and escalate third level call and update the report accordingly. The candidates will need to be confident in their use of IT and in particular Network, Communication systems and protocols. The applicant will have at least two years experience on varied technologies including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, wireless, connecting desktops/Laptops/servers to networks, connecting Printers etc to networks.
