A brand new role has arisen with our client to join the IT helpdesk team in Jersey.
Main purpose of the role is to contribute to the smooth running of the IT Service Desk Support team by providing 1st and 2nd level support across all jurisdictions, adhering to IT procedures and standards.
Candidates will need to have experience on working with Microsoft office, Windows 10 based operating systems. Administration of active directory and Microsoft exchange is also preferable. An excellent understanding of PCs as well as mobile devices is a pre-requisite and any server/network experience would be a distinct advantage.
