A leading IT services provider is looking for an IT Systems Technician to work in Jersey. The role will be for 2nd and 3rd level support.
The job holder will deal with response desk calls from varied clients and co-ordinate technicians and to resolve client issues. Candidates will need to be confident in the use of IT and have sound communication skills, as well as being able to demonstrate a commitment to the highest levels of client service.
A good working knowledge of PC and Fileserver hardware, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Backup Software, Printers, Network switches, UTP Patch Panels and cable systems would be a pre-requisite.
