Our client, a leading financial & fiduciary services firm in Guernsey, is currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to manage all support incidents. The candidate will be a motivated individual and maintain a high level of service, in driving forward first/second-level support incidents to achieve success, and work collaboratively with all staff, to maintain computer equipment, and peripherals.
The successful candidate will be expected to build and commission new computers and peripherals as needed, provide project support individually and within a team as required and provide additional support for servers and server systems
