Main purpose of the role is to provide first and second line support to the directors and employees to ensure that IT systems are always operational. The role forms a key part of a small but dedicated team committed to providing high levels of customer service to all of the companies global offices across a diverse range of applications and technologies.
Ideal candidates will have a sound academic background with previous office experience. Willing to study a professional IT qualification will be beneficial. Applicants must have a good understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft office. A basic understanding of the local finance industry operations would be an added advantage.
