As the Head of Enterprise Sales based in Jersey, you will be tasked with delivering the Enterprise sales commitments outlined in the Sales Plans that align with the business's priorities, while reporting to the Chief Business Officer. You must develop strategies and tactics to achieve this while building strong technical and commercial relationships across the entire business.
Your role entails leading and developing the sales team where you operate, identifying and implementing new business opportunities and utilising ICT Solutions, including Telecommunications, Datacentre, Cloud, Cyber-security, and Managed Services. You must also manage challenging targets and profitable growth, leading and assisting sales account managers in developing a diverse customer base, and expanding business value by leveraging recent investments to deliver services up the value chain.
You will attend business reviews and monthly operating reviews, manage and ensure delivery of Enterprise sales AOP growth targets by managing and growing the pipeline, completing monthly 121's, appraisals, and salary reviews for the sales team. You must also coach and mentor sales team members to enable effective succession planning and manage allocated accounts with an aligned personal sales target.
Your main responsibilities include planning and implementing strategies and solutions, pursuing partnerships and contractual business relationships in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan. You must maintain executive relationships among key account stakeholders and review and report performance to the Chief Business Officer. You must also conduct in-depth reviews of potential opportunities and provide consultative advice while maintaining relationships with the existing data centre base.
Additionally, you must provide monthly KPI and revenue reporting data, submit forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline updates to Finance, identify and budget appropriate training
