Our client, a leading telecoms company based in Guernsey, is in search of an experienced Enterprise Product Manager to boost revenue by identifying, developing, and implementing a range of enterprise services. These include Hosted/Cloud Telephony, Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams Voice, and more across the CIIM region (Guernsey, Jersey, and Isle of Man).
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Enterprise Products and various teams to develop strategies, manage product life-cycles, and expand business value through technology and services. Your role involves developing and implementing enterprise products and related technical services, operational strategies, and business relationships.
The successful candidate will have a passion fo the latest technology trends in unified communications and related areas and maintain supplier and account relationships. Performance monitoring, financial planning, and consultative advice to the sales and professional services teams are also part of the responsibilities.
