Our client, a specialist IT reseller and service provider, which has many jurisdictions, is seeking a Business Transformation Expert to join it's growing team in their Guernsey office. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a transformation team who specialise in improving processes and efficiency within a business using automation, document and content management, workflow and scanning.
In this position you will be responsible for keeping accurate records and will need good time management skills and have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, conscientious and will pay great attention to detail.
A desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced industry is essential, as is the willingness to work outside normal office hours. The successful candidate will often spend time in a client's office working from the coal face too.
To be successful in this role you must be presentable, polite, be comfortable dealing with people. Be able to prioritise multiple tasks, be a team player, but also work independently and be customer focused. A category 4 driving licence is also a prerequisite for this role.
Ideally 5+ years' experience in a digital transformation role would be advantageous, good knowledge of SQL, database management and some programming skills would be beneficial. Previous experience with RPA and Document Management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget would be an advantage.
