We are seeking to recruit an experienced Enterprise Content Management Consultant, who will ideally already have experience with the M-Files intelligent information platform, or if not, an alternative Enterprise Content Management Solutions (eDOCS, iManage, Invu, Laserfiche, SharePoint, etc.)

As a Consultant, you will be a key part of the Business Transformation team helping our clients discern their needs and determine how M-Files and other product sets can benefit their businesses. You will work on all aspects of the M-Files customer lifecycle. This starts with supporting sales initiatives and providing level of effort estimations, followed by detailed requirements gathering, implementation individually or as part of a team, driving rollout with training and support.

This role is client facing and carries real responsibility, so to succeed in this position you need strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen to the client and translate their needs into actions. You will need the organisational capacity to work on concurrent projects and to drive those to completion, working to strict deadlines. This requires both team working and leadership to ensure that obstacles are identified and addressed. Prior experience of services consulting would be beneficial.

To apply for this role you will need to have 3-5 years' experience working as a technical consultant or sales engineer/consultant, have strong people and presentation skills with experience of delivering training, be a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and requires minimal supervision. Have proven ability to communicate ideas with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen to customer needs and translate into specific actions and solutions. Alongside this you will need excellent project management and organisational skills, be proactive and detail-oriented with a high regard for quality and consistency of communication.
