Our client is a leading provider of telecom and broadband services seeking to recruit a Customer Provisioning Agent. The Customer Experience department is responsible for ensuring a great customer experience for consumers and business mobile customers for the life cycle of their service order with the company. This includes service Provisioning for a wide range of customer services including fixed line, broadband and fibre (Retail and wholesale), wholesale WLR and support with business mobile requests and well as handling any enquiries relating to these requests.
Role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing great customer service to consumers and business customers for the life cycle of their service order at the company.
* Providing an efficient, friendly and professional service to the company's customers who have ordered products and services from any of the company's business units.
* Good verbal communication skills, an appreciation of the importance of customer service and an understanding of the range of products and services available to the company's customers.
