A creative agency helping founder-led businesses build and grow their brands online specialising in Squarespace web design, branding and ongoing digital marketing support is looking to hire a creative producer and assistant to the founder to enhance its team based in the UK. You will support the development of new educational products, assist during recordings, manage the podcast, collaborate with external creatives and ensure our client's digital presence runs consistently and beautifully.

Responsibilities will be to ensure content and creative production, programme and platform support, podcast support, project management, digital presence and community support. You are able to grow into a leadership role within one year. You will also be working closely with the founder and build relationships within the company.

To be suitable for this role you must have at least 5 years’ experience in production content and operations within an agency preferably. Knowledge of Kajabi or other LLM, notion / Click up, Descript/ Riverside, Canva, Slack, Social scheduling tools and be comfortable working with Al tools.

This role follows a hybrid home-and-office model. Given our client's international client base, consultants must manage communications across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless client experience.
