One of the Chanel Islands leading IT companies is seeking a Nav One Consultant to be based in either Jersey or Guernsey.
The Technical Services Consultant is responsible for the high-quality delivery of our solutions to our client base with a focus on the delivery of NavOne upgrades. Responsibilities will be to act as the lead for Business Central/NavOne upgrades from install to go-live. Act as a client facing technical support to implement NavOne upgrades, resolve issues found in UAT and support go-live activities. Undertake Nav instance configuration due diligence and assess impact of customisation's. Participate in customer meetings/workshops to gather and clearly document technical requirements and lead some such sessions on less complex aspects of the product & project. Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation.
The successful candidate must have the below:
Dynamics NAV / NavOne implementation, configuration and support, C# development experience, Business Central experience preferred, SQL experience is preferred, Prior experience in a client facing technical consultancy role.
