Our Client, an investment and technology boutique whose HQ is based in New York is looking to hire a cloud engineer for its London office.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on public cloud within a cross-platform engineering team. You'll contribute to the design and implementation of these systems, with a primary focus on public Cloud, including the integration of Cloud with on-premises systems.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in computer science or another technical discipline, or comparable work experience.
The candidate will have extensive knowledge of modern Cloud environments, including security properties and constraints, a knowledge of operating systems, networking, and infrastructure and proficiency in coding infrastructure. Previous experience with the design and maintenance of mid-size Cloud deployments (hundreds to thousands of nodes) is essential. You also have in-depth knowledge of storage and networking configuration options.
