Our client is a leading financial services provider who are in search of a change support administrator to join a technology and change team in its Jersey office.
For this role you will work collaboratively with the technical project manager within the change function to deliver the strategic business change agenda. Taking a dual role of both an administrator and analyst, you will be supporting the day to day operations of the department and facilitating team progress. Taking a proactive, driven and consistent approach providing administrative support and high-quality reporting within a defined governance structure. Ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to key stakeholders to enable effective decision making. Working closely with a business analyst to assess and deliver small change and enhancements to systems and business processes. Suitable applicants will be either educated to A' level standard or degree level qualification. You will have either Prince2 or a business analyst qualification. Previous experience of examining and evaluating controls and processes and you can demonstrate a basic understanding of information technology concepts and processes. Working experience in (project) administration. Knowledge of project management techniques and tools. Expert skills in Microsoft Office and Project. Focus on Outlook, Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
