Our client, a leading telecoms company, are looking for an analytical business analyst to join its Guernsey team.
In this role, you will focus on data analysis to drive strategic product decisions, collecting, analysing, and interpreting data related to understanding product performance, customer behaviour, and market trends, providing actionable insights to enhance products and drive business growth.
The role requirements are to gather and extract data from various sources, develop and maintain data pipelines, and prepare data for analysis. Exploratory data analysis will help identify trends and insights. You will be involved in creating dashboards and reports to track product metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, and conduct deep-dive analysis to optimise products. Market research and data governance are essential, along with ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
