This role involves working within key areas of the business on current / future application analysis and development.
You will assist and support the Head of Business Strategy / Projects in all aspects of the daily operations of the Department, and work within specific timeframes with minimum supervision and reschedule tasks in line with changing priorities.
Establishing and enforcing security policies to protect the firm's computer infrastructure, networks, and data.
Ensuring that all ongoing activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of client, employee and business information are following the firm's security policies and procedures, regulations, and law.
Collaborating with staff to develop and implement solutions.
Developing user documentation, training materials, and providing training classes. Providing support for other applications systems as assigned.
There may be the occasional requirement to work weekends or evenings.
You will ensure that you maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
