Our client is an international financial services provider with a significant presence in the Channel Islands and United Kingdom. On their behalf we are looking for a talented individual to control the change and support to its core banking and payments platform. This role will be based in Guernsey.
Reporting to the head of business change your focus will be to work with the banking operations and payments business owners and technical teams to define, implement and support the strategic and regulatory change road-map for the supporting applications. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure an efficient banking experience for clients and colleagues.
Applicants should have previous experience in a banking environment. Professional qualifications in project management and business analysis such as Prince2 will be expected.
You should be self-motivated and being a team player with excellent people skills. Have excellent presentation ability both orally and written. A persistent eye for detail and the ability to create and lead projects to completion within given time-frames and budget.
