Are you an Application Support Analyst? We have a new position to join a legal organisation in Jersey.
You will provide quality support for a wide range of software applications, across 6 jurisdictions. Acting as the last line of internal support to the company's line of business products. Day to day, this involves reviewing, replicating and detailed troubleshooting of application issues.
The role has a full range of IT responsibilities in group-wide projects, including involvement in upgrades, new features and new implementations. System and database administration, in which you are responsible for the successful technical delivery. Business work through all areas of project life-cycle ie requirements gathering, solution selection, working with suppliers, testing, final delivery and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate must show a successful history of comprehensive application software support. Experienced on leading delivery for IT Projects / work streams. Able to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate continual development as an IT Professional.
