On behalf of our client we are seeking a self-motivated individual who is able to work under their own initiative and with the minimum of supervision providing 1st and 2nd line support to our clients ever-increasing customer base. The candidate will need to be confident in their use of IT and in particular Network and Communication systems and protocols. Candidates should also have sound communication skills, as well as being able to demonstrate a commitment to the highest levels of client service.
The candidate will need to be confident in their use of IT and in particular Network, Communication systems and protocols. The applicant will have at least one year experience on varied technologies including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, wireless, connecting desktops/Laptops/servers to networks, connecting Printers etc to networks.
