A leading provider of insurance-based wealth solutions and employee benefits is looking to hire an IT service desk administrator in Guernsey.
The successful candidate will provide on-site and remote account support to resolve technical hardware and software issues. Manage support tickets and ensure support requests are logged and tracked via the Support Desk application. Diagnose and isolate problems. Implement solutions meticulously. Ensure high quality customer service. Support wider IT Help Desk team as required. Liaise with technical teams, business users, third party vendors and consultants. Provide computer systems & network applications, training & development and risk & audit support.
To be suitable for this role, you will have a GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), Level 3 IT & Computing (or equivalent), relevant professional qualification e.g. ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate (or equivalent), ideally one or two years’ IT support experience, understanding of Microsoft OS’s and Applications incl. Windows & SCCM. Awareness of/exposure to Citrix, O365, Azure, Mitel, Active Directory, Service Desk Ticketing Platforms and IT processes and systems.
