We are seeking to appoint a Home and Broadband Product Manager to be based in either Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man. Reporting to the Head of Consumer you will be responsible for broadband and home services across the client's markets, delivering world class customer experience, growing market share and net revenues. The successful candidate will drive the successful retail rollout of fibre in Guernsey, ensuring effective engagement from pre-registration, through to delivery to customers, hitting market share and revenue per customer targets, whilst improving customer experience and perception.
Candidates must have experience in the production and scheduling of product, commercial and financial plans with a proven track record in managing products within the Consumer or SME market. Candidates with strong technical skills and knowledge including copper and fibre delivered broadband services, strong written and verbal communication skills presentable at C-Level and effective customer relationship management experience are highly desirable.
