Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical business, is seeking a Business Systems Support Coordinator to join its busy Guernsey team. To assume responsibility for the day to day support tasks as the first point of contact. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the role purpose is to provide support to all system users, coordinate open support tickets and investigate and test system solutions.
Key duties will include but not be limited to replicating, investigating and logging user errors with system supplier, processing errors, testing bugs and enhancements, UAT testing, development monitoring, attending weekly support calls to discuss, data cleansing, offering advice and occasional out-of-hours work.
Previous experience in IT or Business Systems supporting roles is essential, as well as knowledge and understanding of technical solutions, a keen interest in analytical tools and the ability to learn and grow.
Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail as well as analytics experience are desirable. Additionally, skills in systems integration, interfacing and knowledge of SQL, Dynamics NAV, Adobe and the Microsoft Package.
