Programme Manager
Experienced Programme manager with proven record of six years' plus hands on experience developed in a similar financial services role, ideally banking to take accountability for delivery of a major programme of change including its overall governance. The role holder will play a key role in managing programme stakeholder relationships (external vendors/suppliers) and expectations as well as aligning the programme to the bank's overall roadmap/strategy.Duties:
*Provide delivery assurance, governing & monitoring progress
*Develop & maintain overall Project Plan clearly identifying internal & external project dependencies for successful delivery
*Deliver the Project Scope within Budget, Timeline and Cost
*Ensure changes in scope are clearly identified, documented & approved in the correct forum & that any impact is clearly identified
*Ensure material changes in scope, schedule or benefits are escalated in a timely manner
*Ensure all areas of Work & updated on a monthly basis to facilitate management reporting (including but not limited to project status, milestones, forecast, country implementation etc)
*Coach & support individual teams
*Create clarity & vision of 'single minded' project view
*Conduct periodic reviews of key information to target guidance & leverage skills of resources who have experienced/solved similar challenges
*Analyse issues/risks & changes logs on regular basis to ascertain trends & ensure compliance
*Carry out project assessments on capability/capacity & recommend actions to improve the number of resources/skill levels
Requirements:
*6 years' plus experience developed ideally from within a large banking environment
*Demonstrate experience/exposure in Cash Management and/or Banking
*Demonstrate prior history that previous project requirements were met & delivered on time/budget
*Prior history managing & developing internal/external Project Managers
*MBA with major in Finance and/or Technology and/or Project Management qualification
