This sizeable online investment company is seeking a network operations centre technician to monitor, support and troubleshoot the critical company websites. Duties will include proactive procedural network health checks, providing knowledgeable online assistance and co-ordination in conjunction with the operations team, and logging and reporting relevant issues. Applicants should have experience in IT systems and networks, particularly Windows 2003 Server, IIS, MSMQ, MSSQL DB, firewalls, routers and switches. In addition, candidates will need to be responsible and dedicated with strong written/spoken English language skills.
