Technical Architect - Temenos T24/jBase/RDBMS - England - regions
This is a permanent role that can be based in our client’s offices in the UK or Egypt.
The successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert to support sales opportunities and client projects. Suitable applicants will have solid experience across T24 application and systems architecture, middleware, infrastructure and RDBMS. Experience in Oracle or DB2 design and deployment capabilities, integration, TC and Websphere would be advantageous, but is not essential, as training can be provided. An understanding of scalability and deployment options over single and N-Tier SOA architectures would also be beneficial.
Candidates should have a hands-on T24 implementation background and be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of systems implementation, configuration, development, data migration, integration, interface design and upgrades. Solid experience of systems performance, tuning and COBs is also required.
You will need to be able to work alone or as part of a team while acting as the subject matter expert for either the client or project team. This is a client-facing role, so a strong customer service focus and a can-do attitude are necessary, as are strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English is essential, and the ability to speak Arabic, Spanish or French would be highly advantageous.
