Service Desk Analyst - Jersey


  • Provides 1st line application support
  • Provides 1st line support for office hardware to include printers, photocopiers, faxes and PCs
  • Provides 1st line support advice on telephone related support calls
  • Be the first point of contact on training related support calls
  • Provides support and set up for presentations, video conferencing and telephone conferencing
  • Ensure that all PCs are built for operation and continuously conform to Ogier standard build
  • Action procedures for all starters and leavers, ensuring that accounts are established, maintained and disabled as appropriate
  • Set up and relocation of work stations
  • Complete daily procedures to include changing
